A Colorado Springs Catholic men’s ministry will protest pornography Saturday in a demonstration outside First Amendment, an adult store at 220 E. Fillmore St. in Colorado Springs.
Dave DiNuzzo, who heads the Springs ministry True Manhood, told the Colorado Catholic Herald, “The impetus behind the protests is to fight the evils of pornography, a mulitbillion-dollar industry yearly.”
The protest is part of a larger effort nationwide by The Kings Men, headquartered in Philadelphia, Pa., to make people aware of the evils of pornography. DiNuzzo, who was part of The Kings Men when he lived in Philadelphia, now leads the local version of the organization.
“Men united together to fight noble causes can affect change,” DiNuzzo told the Catholic Herald.
