  If the above statement represents the Pueblo’s diocese’s position it is wrong, wrong, wrong.

  Victims of childhood sexual abuse BY ANYONE deserve access to justice and their day in court.

  Church leadership abrogates its responsibility in an unvarnished attempt to avoid responsibility for any possibly failures on their part to protect these least of the Lord’s little ones.

  For too long church leaders of various religious denominations, churches and cults have attempted to excape their culpability because statutes have expired.

  At the very least the People of God expect their leaders to be lobbying for the removal of all criminal and civil statutes of limitation where childhood sexual abuse is concerned instead of viciously opposing legislative attempts to bring such laws into the 21st century.

  DELAWARE REMOVED ALL STATUTES OF LIMITATION IN REGARD TO THE SEXUAL ABUSE OF CHILDREN WITH THE 2007 PASSAGE OF THE CHILD VICTIMS LAW.

  IT ALSO PROVIDED A TWO YEAR CIVIL WINDOW FOR PREVIOUSLY TIME BARRED CASES OF ABUSE – BY ANYONE.

  The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops promised ACCOUNTABILITY& TRANSPARENCY IN 2002 BUT IT HAS BEEN VERY SLOW IN COMING.

  There can be no Statute of Limitations connected with the living death that we Sexually Victimized Children of the Church must endure. As a childhood Victim of sexual violation by a Roman Catholic Priest (not the priest mentioned in this article) I grew up with the memory of every perverse thing that an ordained pedophile catholic priest had done to me; but , I never spoke of it, not even to myself. It took approximately 45 years, in which I had endured sleepless nights, nightmares when I did sleep, 2 failed marriages, violent unexpected flash backs and at least one suicide attempt, before I could find the courage to speak out about the filthy things this priest forced on me. I was the first person to openly say the name of my perpetrator but, once I had, the dominos started to fall; and then, one after another his other Victims started coming forward. Today, this long dead ordained pedophile monster has been profiled for over 200 Victims. The few files and personnel records that have been uncovered so far, tell the tale of a criminally conspiratorial hierarchy who, through their depraved indfference, allowed this Monster sexually butcher his way from parish to parish, from Victim to Victim.

  Then there are clerics “out there” who downgrade the peodphile clergy abuse crisis, stating that more sexual abuse cases happen from a family member than by a cleric. The pulpit is a good medium to use to brainwash the congregants, oh…for what Fr. says must be right! right?…WRONG! How many times does it have to be said! The Cleric represents GOD, and it isn’t the cleric whom the victim sees sexually abusing them…ITS GOD!!!!!!!!!!, family members could be thought of as sick? but GOD? no, GOD is not sick from what is taught…GOD is a PERFECT OMINIPOTENT BEING who can say nay or yeah to your salvation & for some who believe in this type of faith it is about their world in which they live…do you think that someones wants to be damned by their God? then how do they come out of that Cultic thinking that is ingrained into their brain that the priest is God on earth? and that it was God who did those bad, nasty & dirty things to them?

  How did society becomes so passive & numb to these crimes against their own children by these religious leaders?.
  Well, we know why the victims become passive to the abuse, don’t we?
  Then the only other reason must be our fearless leaders, in the way that they react or speak about this impeding clergy sexual abuse..These leaders come in the forms of our civil servants, Gov’t servants, & our religous servants.
  They kind of have somewhat of an idea from what a victim might talk about, but for some unknown reason its like “one is talking about oranges, and the other is talking about apples”…They may have a great understanding of the english language, vocabulary, syntex of grammattical sentences…but do the words that are used by most of these servants no longer have an impact to describe the story on their listeners?.
  And then there are some who think that they know how one feels by the use of their magical talents aka gifts from the holy spirit to put words to someone else’s pain?
  What a mockery!, to use to protect their cultic culture!
  They live in the Limelight on the Universal stage called RCC.
  “Living on a lighted stage
  Approaches the unreal
  For those who think and feel
  In touch with some reality
  Beyond the gilded cage”

  For the words of the profits
  Are written on the studio wall,
  Concert hall —
  Echoes with the sounds…
  Of salesmen.

  I guess there is no other philosophy & theology in their world
  except for which all that is provided by “Their Man” aka “Big Brother”, “RCC Inc”.
  a church in which its origins began from corruption, and continues in corruption….what is the future for this church?
  to turn back to what? or to turn to what?
  “man” repeats history…..but, the RCC has an answer to cover its history, a soft-glove technique..stating that their church is “Divine” and withhed the teast of time, and the only reason is because it is “holy Inspired” and that althought they have had some bad leaders, well every organization has has bad leaders its human nature?
  But, the confusion comes in when this church claims to “Be All That” and when the shit hits the fan, the back peddling begins… and then decide to group themselves with other man made corrupted human organizations?.

  Can a Rose be called anything but a rose?
  well if it looks like a rose, smells like a rose
  and acts in its nature to be a rose,
  Then by George it must be a ROSE!

  They will know we are Christians by whose Love?
  and what form does this Love come in?

  Then there are some who go right to the teacher or spiritual guru to tattle on their cultic brothers & sisters..so & so ate this, bro. so & so talked when he wasn’t suppose to, or sr so & so ate too many pasteries…blah, blah, blah.
  Why? because the first one to tell will put an impression on the rest, setting all minds in order to think & function the same…you know the first impression is usually the lasting impression. Confession are a way to purify ones desires from the outside world..for God has to have a place to reside in & work his wonderous magic for his Kingdom.
  But, when it comes time to talk about the real “Meat & Potatos’s” like the apparent Clergy Abuse Scandal…nothing is said, or other things are said to undermine the situation, like eating bread & water…if they eat enough bread & water & pray to their bias God & firmly believe that they alone are protected by this Bias God, Than Poof!, Presto-Change-OOOOOOO
  The situation @ hand will magically disappear!
  for the order of the cult has been protected!, and the survival of the order doesn’t have to frett one hair over finances, for there is a new sucker born every minute to get by on.
  All bases are covered for the “Queen” to use!.
  So, how does one rebuild this church? rebuild into what?
  for some unknown reason my domesticated animal keeps trying to scratch the collar off of his neck?, but I guess he doesn’t know the reason for the collar? he doesn’t understand that he has been domesticated & tamed for my companion..
